Cancellation Policy

Project skin has a strict 24 hour cancellation policy on all bookings.

If you cancel or move your appointment and give us 24 hours or more in notice, you do not incur any cancellation fee.

If you cancel or move your appointment within 24 hours of your booking, a 50% cancellation charge will apply up to $100.

If you do not give any notice and “no show” for your booking, 100% of your booking will be charged.
